Yes. We support flexible OEM/ODM services, including product design, functional upgrades, color matching, logo printing, packaging design, and market-specific product development.

Yes. Our team can assist from concept evaluation and structure design to sampling, testing, and mass production, helping buyers turn ideas into market-ready products.

MOQ depends on the product model, customization level, and packaging requirements. For standard models, we can offer more flexible order quantities for trial cooperation.

Yes, we highly recommend sample testing to ensure quality. For custom samples, a sample fee may apply, which is usually refundable upon your official bulk order.

We primarily support EXW and FOB terms. We can deliver goods directly from our factory or handle the transportation to your designated Chinese port (e.g., Shenzhen/Ningbo/Shanghai). We cooperate with reliable shipping lines and couriers, and we are also fully ready to coordinate with your own shipping agent in China.

We only accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). Our standard payment term is a 30% deposit upfront, with the remaining 70% balance to be fully paid before shipment.

Quality is our top priority. We implement a strict quality control system throughout the entire production process, including IQC (Incoming QC), IPQC (In-process QC), and FQC (Final QC). All products undergo 100% inspection before packaging, and we fully welcome third-party inspections before shipping.
